It is used for compression operations post dyeing and washing of the fabrics. It has cylinders of 350 mm wide located vertically. The cylinder hardness is 70 shores.
The fabric’s passage speed can be set between 0 and 15 m/min. The compression pressure of the cylinders can be set between 0 and 6 bars. There’s a balance adjustment system enabling equal pressure. It has squeezing safety locks between the rolls. It has a showering roll washing system.
Cloth wrapping apparatus and waiting station can be included as an option.
